1Acceptance of Terms

• Has full mental and legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at era77 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, an active phone number, a valid email address, and any other information requested. era77 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your era77 account password.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone else, for any reason.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you personally, unless you report unauthorised access to era77 within a reasonable time.
• Notify era77 immediately at support@era77.run if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Era77 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only:

All funds deposited into an era77 account must originate from a legitimate source and must belong to the registered player themselves. era77 does not permit deposits made on behalf of another party or the use of another person's payment account.

5Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings at era77 is subject to the following conditions:

• Players must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention purposes.
• Era77 aims to process all valid withdrawals within 1–24 working hours, depending on the payment method and current processing load.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before any withdrawal is permitted.

6Bonus & Promotions

General terms applicable to all era77 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.

7Game Rules

9Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their era77 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@era77.run. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned via the same payment method used for the last deposit, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

Era77 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
